Publisher and educational scope
SMILE-FX® Orthodontic & Clear Aligner Studio publishes this educational guide. Its one studio is at 11225 Miramar Pkwy, STE B285, Miramar, FL 33025. Dr. Tracy Miao Liang is clinical director.
The research explanation concerns selected adult Ordoline records at the end of a first aligner set. It is not a personal assessment, a general root-rotation definition, proof of clinic outcomes or a determination of appliance suitability. The paper’s authors are cited researchers, not the authors or clinical reviewers of this guide, and no endorsement is implied.
Full-service digital orthodontics, with individual responsibility
These are the studio’s described care arrangements. They are owner-provided service facts, not results demonstrated by the rotation study. Individual assessment, the written proposal and continuing clinical decisions determine what applies to a person.
A doctor throughout care
Board-certified orthodontists see every patient, including follow-ups, with Dr. Tracy Miao Liang as clinical director. This keeps responsibility with a doctor through planning and continuing review.
A full-service practice with an aligner focus
SMILE-FX® offers full-service digitally driven orthodontics with a clear-aligner focus. Individual assessment informs whether aligners or another approach fit the proposed goal.
AI-assisted planning and illustrative previews
AI-assisted precision planning and before-and-after previews support clinical discussion. Previews are illustrative intentions, not achieved rotation evidence or a forecast of the reader’s result.
Imaging when indicated
Low-dose 3D CBCT is available when clinically indicated. The doctor decides whether it is appropriate; confirm any records and fees individually. A free consultation does not promise a scan or the research study’s record method.
Smartphone communication and progress review
Smartphone/iPhone monitoring is standard with braces and aligner plans for clinical progress review. It supports continuing communication; it does not perform this study’s crown-angle measurement, assess hidden roots or replace clinical assessment.
Flags receive clinical consideration
Remote review can flag broken brackets or nontracking aligners for the clinical team to evaluate. The team considers the actual findings and appropriate response; a flag is not a diagnosis or proof that a rotational goal was achieved.
24/7 contact access
Provider-support contact access is available 24/7. Contact access and response arrangements are separate: confirm how and when the team responds. Immediate replies or emergency treatment are not promised.
Local aligner fabrication and individual same-day options
In-house 3D-printed aligners and individually arranged same-day aligner or retainer options are available. The team confirms timing and availability for the individual person and appliance.
Individually arranged course correction
Home course-correction shipments and doctor-led Rescue aligner care for prior treatment are individually arranged following clinical assessment and prescription. The doctor confirms whether a case can be accepted and the proposed scope; no rotation fix or finishing result is promised.
A separate custom bracket route
Custom 3D-printed bracket options use off-site manufacture. Bracket manufacture and local aligner fabrication are separate arrangements within individually planned care.
Individually prescribed systems and wear
Invisalign®, OrthoFX®, AirFlex™ and nighttime options are available under individual prescription. Availability does not establish rotation suitability or permission to change wear, and the study’s Ordoline regimen is not a practice protocol.
Included retainers and whitening
Fixed and removable retainers plus whitening are included, with the scope and individual arrangements confirmed in your written proposal.
Whitening is a separate colour goal
At-home and in-office whitening options address a separate colour goal. Individual advice determines which option is appropriate, including for a young person. Whitening does not treat tooth rotation.
Keep an existing care relationship clear
For your own current treatment, use the responsible treating team’s supplied route and instructions. Understanding a goal does not require changing teams or committing to treatment.
